I have a fantastic year ahead this year – 3 visits to the incredibly beautiful and exceptionally well organised Chatsworth House for stunning wedding photographs! It was fantastic to see Kay and the team again. But first there was a bridal preparation and wedding to attend to..
Laura and her family began their special day with fantastic fun at her parents home. Her makeup and hair were flawless by the time they left the house in a beautiful Rolls Royce and made their way to the Church.
Toby and the guys were, of course, already in the pub – except this was a special pub to the couple since it was opposite their Church and where they had their first date! As their guests packed out the Church, the bridesmaids and then Laura arrived and was escorted down the aisle. They had invited the vicar from their local Church to be part of the ceremony too and he told me it was a privileged to be included.
They left as man and wife and made their way to the Chatsworth estate for the remainder of the day, beginning with welcoming their guests but quickly getting into the wedding buggy which would take them round to the various beauty spots for couple photographs.
Afterwards, and as the afternoon made way for evening, their room was finished and they entered as man and wife for the Wedding Breakfast to the applause of their guests. A relaxed meal followed but it was difficult to know whether the groom or best man were the most nervous about the speeches that followed.
Embarrassing stories followed, but made way for the party in the evening where, all official duties carried out, they let their hair down and danced with their friends and family..
